The list is fake, but it’s still terrible.
There's a fake list of rules for how women should "behave" during the World Cup that's been making its way around the internet. The list seems to be from 2010.

FIFA did NOT send it out, but each "rule" is still even more terrible than the last, including: "If you have to pass by in front of the TV during a game, I don't mind as long as you do it crawling on the floor."
